There is a queue going into Baldoyle on Strand Rd (R106) and Warrenhouse Rd (R809).
Additionally motorists have been asked to avoid Howth Road near R105 due to 20 minute delays.
Traffic on the Oscar Traynor Rd has delays from Northside S/C to the Coolock Interchange.
